hi im 30 years old and keep having green/black stools i also been losing fresh bright red blood and a few fresh blood clots from my bottom i am on mst 60mg because of a swollen spleen iv been getting tummy pains left lower rib pain and pain in my left lower back im back at the hosp next thus but i feel so tired and still in loads of pain although im taking the mst its not working i also have a swollen tummy (look about 6mth pregnent)im usally a size 10 i also have a lump on my back my docs have no appointments till next tue has anyone else had these symptoms x

Passing green black stools and fresh clots sounds like you are bleeding from your bowel. A swollen spleen could cause a reduction in blood platelets and increase the tendency to bleed. Taken all together, if you have not seen a doctor recently, I would not wait until Thursday. Call the 'on call doctor' or go to casualty.
