Re: Bed wetting

It may be worth looking at his diet, often caffeine found in tea, cola and hot chocolate aggravate the bladder and increase the risk of bed wetting.

Please also see the ERIC website http://www.eric.org.uk/ they have a helpline offering advice on products and also sell products etc.

You may also wish to speak to a Continence Nurse at the Bladder & Bowel Foundation - Call 0845 345 0165 and leave your name and number. A nurse will call you back.

Re: Bed wetting

Sorry to hear that
understand as i have child with similar issue
assuming it is pure bedwetting and no daytime urinary problems or other development issues you are looking at desmopressin tablets or an alarm
Here is the NICE guidance for parents- very good and clear
http://www.nice.org.uk/proxy/?sourceUrl ... f51369.pdf
Ask your GP for referral to paediatrician if you aren't getting anywhere or try an alarm as the first step
Lifting only works in the short term
