bowel movement problems

I'm in my early 30's and for a few years I've had an issue with bowel movements. Alot of the time i feel the need to 'go' but no matter how much i push nothing comes out although i can feel something is definitely there. I also have either really hard stools or various levels of diorreha. I've tried keeping notes to see if what I'm eating makes a difference but it doesn't seem to be anything specific which sets it off!

Re: bowel movement problems

This sounds like a problem of bowel regulation. If you haven't already taken this, I would suggest a regular dose of Fybogel either once or twice a day. Also adopt regular eating and exercise/activity habits and allow time to relax and enjoy yourself.
