Stool is unformed & looks greasy. one flush in toilet does not remove feaces & it floats on the surface

This may be a reflection of your diet but other conditions should be ruled out. Your GP can send stool samples for a few important tests and these would include stool culture and microscopy looking for bugs and then a stoll test to look for any inflammation in your gut called a calprotectin and lastly a stool test to look for an enzyme the pancreas produces called the elastase. Often poor absorption of fats in pancreatic diseases can lead to floaty foul smelling fatty stools
