Hi there,
KP is one skin condition which is very hard indeed to treat effectively. It is so common in the normal population that many consider it to be a normal variant. I would perhaps look at ways by which your daughter can cope with her condition such as a clinical psychologist.

It is unusual for Keratosis Pilaris (KP) to bleed and suggests over treatment or scratching. Simple emollients can soften the little bumps and ease discomfort or your GP can prescribe Aquadrate containing urea which does not contain any steroid or Alphaderm which also contains 1% hydrocortisone and so will settle any inflammation if used for a week or two.
Please discuss this with your GP and/or see:- http://www.bad.org.uk/for-the-public/pa ... CHxZSj9P_E
