Rosacea can be a real nuisance but is not related to Psoriasis . I trust you are not using strong topical steroids on your face which can aggravate rosacea. Antibiotics in rosacea are only anti-inflammatory since there are are no bacteria implicated in rosacea Doses therefore can be lower than for acne but need to be continued for several months and may need repeating if the condition recurs. There are some topical creams and gels which can be useful such as Finacea and Rosex.
