Scar removal?

I've been suffering from severe atopic dermatitis since the age of four. At the moment, my eczema is under control, all I'm worried about is the scars.

I've uploaded some pics, it is just raised areas of the skin that are very rough and kind of like cornea. My dermatologist hasnt given me the answer on how to treat it yet and I would like to know of anyone knows
