Flare up after 8 years

I have had eczema since I was 6 weeks old (now 44) and have had a sudden flare up on my face after having little or no eczema for 8 years (since being pregnant and having my little girl). I think it's due to stress - am sitting exams in October - and so looking for any tips on stress busting! Of course the stress of the eczema makes it worse and I don't generally get affected by foods or other external triggers - but then I might have been lulled into a false sense of security after the last 8 years!

It might be stress... or any new product that you've tried lately? Or the heat? Sweat left on skin can also irritate, take care!
