Perhaps I can sell you on something? Cold showers.

Hi,folks.

I began taking cold showers in 2014. And after 2/3 weeks of holding the affected areas under the cold spray for four to five minutes at a time,my eczema improved drastically.

Only I've been hot showering recently,as spending time building myself up psychologically before climbing under the freezing jet was a little too hardcore. This came with a price, and my eczema is back with a vengeance.

Well, this is my first day back on my old regime, and I'll be taking pictures of the progress. Hopefully that will convince you to do likewise.

Thanks for sharing this - yes, hot shower dries the skin but the impact seems to be so apparent in your case. Maybe change to lukewarm and for a shorter period?
Take care
