Can someone give me some advice :)

Hi guys,

I'm currently living in Italy and since being here my skin isn't my friend. I've never had so many bumps/blisters etc on my hands and arms! The local chemist doesn't seem to know what they are (they aren't mosquito bites either) the rash seems to spread and doesn't fade away. I've attached a picture, any advice would be appreciated.

Hi! Can't see any picture but may not be eczema if it's blisters spreading and you've no history of eczema/ allergic conditions. Could it be allergy to some insect bite or products that you use? Take care!
