Allergy/intolerance to wheat/gluten? Best course of action

Hello, I have a 12 year-old son who occasionally has stomach ache after eating pizza, sandwiches or biscuits especially in the evening. He suffers from eczema too. I've got the feeling that he may be allergic or intolerant to gluten or wheat. I've got a similar problem with milk and had a blood test with a nutritionist which I went to see a nutritionist for. She carried out a blood test which she said measures the IgG levels in my blood and it came positive for dairy and eggs. Anyway, I thought of havering my son take that test but recently I've learned that the test is called the York Test and it's not a reliable test. My question is - is that the case? And if so, what would be the best way to have my son (and I guess myself) tested? Thanks
