glycerin allergy

Hi there I am 18 and i have recently just found out I am allergic to glycerin in foods now I ddon't know what I can or can't eat I need to know asap as I haven't eaten for a few days as I've been scared incase I end up in hospital again if anyone knows anything please reply

I have never heard of a gycerin allergy so I would be keen you sought confirmation of this. You should be directed to a dietician if you have any food allergy who can go through the practicalities of what you can and can’t have.
