What is this flap on the back of my tongue/down my throat?

I'm not talking about the Uvela, the flap on the roof of the mouth. I'm talking about when I stick my fingers down my throat, towards the back i can feel this little flap that feels like its on my tongue and i can push it up and down, it doesn't feel that large. What is this?
