Lung Abscess issues
Good afternoon people
Looking to see if anyone has encountered the same problem as me.
Had a lower lobe lung abscess i spent 2 weeks in hospital on IV and 7 weeks on oral oral antibiotics feeling bad all the way through. Only seen the consultant once who said from a x-ray i believe it has gone.
Paid for private MRI which picked up lobe opacification - x-ray showed nothing
Paid for private bloods which only picked up Anti-streptolysin O level over 320 - yet to investigate
Going round in circles, any advice would be so appreciated!
