PCOS

Hi i've had pcos for over 10 years but have managed to have two children naturally in my 20's. I've been on the pill again since my youngest which is over 7 years with only a 3 month break. I came off as I don't like how it makes me feel hormonally etc. but my doctor advised me that is was the only way to control my symptoms so I went back on it. I would like to try for another baby soon and am in my late 30's now, so my question is, is it better to come off the pill and wait to see if my body goes back to some sort of cycle before trying or is it better to come off and try straight away?

I am also trying to lose weight and exercise more as my BMI is higher than what it should be.

Many thanks

Re: PCOS

Thank you for your advice, I shall try doing that then. I have joined Weight Watchers and joined the gym so fingers crossed!
