Perineum pain

Hello.
I have been having a strange sensation in my perineum for about a year.
It is a dragging, pinched feeling. I have problems with my lower back too and wonder if it is related?.
It is aggravated when I use an exercise bike.
I have not had children and am in my mid thirties.
Thank you.

Re: Perineum pain

I would recommend a clinical assessment.
Perineal and pelvic floor symptoms are common after childbirth but can also occur in women who have not had children.

Re: Perineum pain

Thanks for the replies. No it is more a dull dragging sensation. After being on a bike it feels dead and numb.
