Hard small lump

I originally thougt it was a spot or an ingrown hair follicle but it has now been present for two weeks. The lump is small and hard and under the surface of the skin. It is seems to move under the skin surface and doesn't hurt like a spot does. I have another spot like it on my inner thigh which appeared three weeks ago and again it is under the skin surface, small, hard like a small grain of dried rice and doesn't really hurt but can be annoying. Should I visit my GP?

It sounds like a small cyst and an ingrown hair follicle can't be excluded, but I would advise you see your GP to have this checked.
