Genetic testing.

Hello. my partner and I have moved to germany with work.
We have a great health insurance here with Allianz.
However we are not covered here for genetic testing (Or so they say.)
In the exemption table it state's
"Genetic tests, Exept for DNA tests that are deemed medically necessary."
We do not have any children.
My partner has had 4 misscarriages.
She suffers from a condition called factor 5 laden (A form of frombosis)
Which she has prescribed injection medication for.
Our Gynaecologist here has obviously recomended we carry out genetic tests as our last two misscarriages were both diagnosed with genetic dissorders.
I have a question about NHS cover for genetic testing.
As we live in Germany the company i work for / Our health insurance have contracted that we woud recieve the same level of cover here in germany as i could expect in the UK!
So my question is:
Can a woman be allegiable for Genetic testing after she has suffered 3 or more misscarriages in a row without a sucsessfull birth? would the NHS offer this and cover the costs?
Any advise on this information would be great or if maybe you could point me in the right dirrection also would be great.
Thank you
