Re: I can't get pregnant!

Hi. This all depends upon how long you have been trying to get pregnant. It is often recommended that you try for two years before seeking help, unless you are over 36 years of age. If either of these applies to you, then perhaps it is time to see your GP to have some preliminary blood tests done to check your hormone levels, so that a decision as to whether you need to see a specialist can be made. Meanwhile, make sure that your weight is within normal limits and take some regular exercise. Eat a sensible, well balanced diet and make sure you are taking a Folic Acid supplement. No smoking and no alcoholic drink either. I hope that all will end well for you. Diane
