Painful intercourse
I am 28 and never been seen by a gynecologist, although I feel I need to be seen by one I am ashamed of my situation. Most of the time I feel pain during intercourse and in some positions I have the feeling I am going to urinate, but the feeling will disappear as soon as we change position.
My question is: what can cause the pain and this awkward feeling? is there anything that can be done about it?
Thank you

Re: Painful intercourse
There are several possible causes, and certainly in most cases these symptoms can be effectively treated.
I would recommend a consultation with your GP for the initial assessment of your symptoms and a possible referral to a gynaecologist.
