I think I have excessively large pores from my days of acne as a teen, Im 31 years old now
What is the best treatment to reduce the pore size? any surgery, etc procedure is on the table for me

They look a bit like spots called macro comedones. Normal treatments don't work very well with them, sometimes they can be zapped with an electrical current but the problem with this is it is painful to have done and can leave a scar

It would be better if you consult a dermatologist in your locality and get laser treatment. Natural remedies may take time to show the result and also the chance of success rate is low when compared to laser treatments.
