Roaccutane and peanut allergy

I was wondering if anyone was in the same situation as me. I was meant to be going on roaccutane only to get home last week and read the leaflets that the dermatologist gave me. ''do not take if you have a peanut allergy" I have a severe peanut allergy, I have informed my dermatologist but heard nothing back. I wondered if anyone else has been in this position and if so what the resolution was. I've had acne for years and no treatment has worked... I just want it to go. I am scared that there is no other option now.
