Throughout high school I had alright skin, and when I finally intentionally went on a healthy lifestyle to lose weight in my senior of high school, my skin got significantly better. However, when I entered college, I got severe acne when I became a sophomore in college. I should have been more grateful for my skin beforehand. My skin became extremely sensitive, and many acne products were too strong for my skin. Nothing really worked for my skin until I was recommended this trace mineral spray refresher this past year. I was extremely hesitant because it only contains trace minerals. However, after using this product consistently for about 6 months now. I can say my skin has improved so much. I'm still currently on my skin journey, but I haven't been this confident about my skin for years. I was looking for products that worked on my skin for more than 3 years, and I feel like I have an idea what works now. I use the Trace Mineral Skin Refresher Plus because it's stronger, but there is a standard one as well. DM if you want to know more about it and how it worked on my skin.
