I have weird bumps that I cannot seem to figure out if they are fungal acne or closed comedones. They are covering my entire face. I also get painful cyst like acne. Someone please help.

Hi there,

Thanks for sending the image along - as they say, a picture says a thousand words. It looks like nodulocystic acne and I can also see evidence of pitted scarring. Have you seen your GP for conventional acne treatment? If they're not sure, they should refer you to a specialist given the scarring.
