Acne and low self esteem

Hi!
I was wondering how you guys cope with Acne- particularly if its persistent. i personally find it quite distressful. is there anything you do or think of that helps you get through it?

I just pretend that it isn't there. And I like going to darker places better, like pubs and nightclubs. There it isn't as obvious.

And I don't take many photos in bright lights too.

I don't think due to acne problem, people lose their self esteem, try to solve this problem from the roots. Just try to maintain all things, from which it is occurring, eat leafy vegetables, avoid oily foods, then keep to maintain it, it helps you define.
