anyone tried this?

i've read a few forums about Aknicare so I decided to try it. I've spent a lot of money trying products that claim to work but don't so I didnt expect Aknicare to be different to any other acne treatment. I ordered it from aknicare.co.uk 2 months ago and already I have noticed a massive difference to my skin. It is less oily and i hardly get any new spots appearing. It is amazing. i have since found out you can get Aknicare on prescription from your GP so I'm going to do that when I run out. I definitely won't stop using it and recommend it to anyone suffering from acne.

Has anyone tried Help:Clear skin? I have read about it but as its quite expensive (about £10 for a weeks supply and you need to take it for 6-8 weeks at least from what i understand) i would love to hear from anyone who has tried it.

Thanks guys

Hi Lucy,

Great to hear what others are trying. I know its easy to get despondent but remember its best to try everything you do for at least 3 months before deciding its no good. If the course of help is recommended as less than that then obviously follow those guidelines but for your whole new regime of exercise, food and help give it time! We are all behind you and wishing you the best results!

It's now been two weeks that i have been taking help:clear skin (although i did miss a day  ) I have an outbreak on my face and the others don't seem great! I haven't been doing as much exercise though and have been so busy that i have cheated with food a couple of times!

I have also brought a new face mask with willow bark and loads of other natural stuff. Its a weekly mask so i have only used it once.

My current routine is now, Face wipe in the morning, sachet of help, sometimes witch gel (this morning i tried lemon juice and god it stung) put on the worst areas, then tea tree wash at night, mask once a week and tea tree and witch hazel night gel before bed.

Can you do/use too much? Is this not enough?

3 and a half weeks in and i cant decide if its helping me or not. Possibly my spots are less red and inflammed but maybe that is just my monthly cycle - who knows! They don't seem to be disappearing though!

Time is almost up but i think i will do 6 weeks - if i can afford it! Really hope it makes a difference.

Today would be the start of my 5th week (i think) but i have run out. I think i can see a difference now in that my spots appear to be getting redder since i run out! I have more help on the way and hope it arrives soon.

Exercise hasn't been too good recently due to bad weather and me being a wimp! And food issues have gone out the window due to manic life so really need to get back on top of life and sort it out.
