hi i do not know if you can help about a year ago i had a prostrate biopsy all ok but now i have problems weeing sometimes with pain from inside me other times it is urgent but then it takes along time to wee i was sent to a specialist he said probably an infection from biopsy and he had a bad manner so i cancelled my appointments with him now i am getting alot of pain even in my hips i do not know what to do i am 60 years old psa was16 thanks tim

sorry to hear about your experience...

Quite clearly, you need further help - I would see your GP, get an up to date PSA and then ask for a referral to another urologist for a second opinion. You need to feel comfortable with your doctor so if the manner of the previous dr was not to your liking, it would be better to see someone else.

But don't just put up with it - it needs sorting out.
