As far as I am aware there is currently no good, rigorous scientific research that suggests this is the case.

We are seeing the rate of testicular cancer rise slightly but this seems likely to be a result of environmental factors such as oestrogrens in the water. Certainly no links have been shown to mobile phone use in either sex for any common tumour groups.
