30 second chat leads to weight loss?

The BBC is reporting that doctors who spend 30 seconds offering advice to patients regarding weight management and offering a free weight loss programme are seeing those patients go on to lose weight.

What do you think? If your GP was to bring up weight management with you during your next appointment would you take it on board? Or might you be offended?
