How to reduce belly fat?
I have an average weight and I think this is already healthy my problem is that is my belly. I wanted a flat belly what is the best solution for this. Is there a supplement that is perfect for this.

I went on the HCF diet, which is largely a low carb diet with an injection of something (prescription). I lost weight around my middle mostly, and I was thrilled about that, but then I realised that the injection was made into my stomach fat, so, obviously that was where it started working first. If you look up HCF diet you should be able to find what it was, I have to go out now, so cannot do so for you, I am sorry.

Focus on what you are eating.Eat only healthy foods avoid junk food. Do exercise a lot start with simple exercise and increase it day by day, the more you exercise the more sweat you will get as well as body pain also you will get this means you are doing the exercises in an effective manner.Keep on trying, One day definitely you will achieve.

I think belly fat is the problem of every women. Here are some tips which are helpful to reduce belly fat:-
1.Eat Plenty of Soluble Fiber.
2. Avoid Sugar as you can
3. Eat protein-rich diet
4. Do Aerobic exercise

Don't Drink Too Much Alcohol.
Eat a High-Protein Diet.
Reduce Your Stress Levels
Don't Eat a Lot of Sugary Foods.

Especially Refined Carbs.
