I went on the HCF diet, which is largely a low carb diet with an injection of something (prescription). I lost weight around my middle mostly, and I was thrilled about that, but then I realised that the injection was made into my stomach fat, so, obviously that was where it started working first. If you look up HCF diet you should be able to find what it was, I have to go out now, so cannot do so for you, I am sorry.

Do exercise a lot start with simple exercise and increase it day by day, the more you exercise the more sweat you will get as well as body pain also you will get this means you are doing the exercises in an effective manner.Keep on trying, One day definitely you will achieve.
