Hi,
Nowadays, weight loss is the problem of many people.I think, Exercise and running are the best ways to reduce weight.
Some other tips to reduce weight:-
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Avoid sugar and carb in your diet
3. Eat protein rich meals
4. Sleep 8-10 hours

You don't want to take any pills with a laxative effect: diet pils can cause trouble on the toilet. I won't go any further than that.

I'm afraid there is no quick fix to losing weight: it is achieved by exercise and a permanent change of diet. Starving yourself isn't a good idea, either: you need food for energy and living your daily life.

Please, PLEASE realize there is no short cut to being slim. Being slim is a lifelong committment and has to be done slowly, so as to not damage the body.
