what kind of socks?

Just wondering what everyone uses for socks, i know they recommmend cotton but i find it doesnt help and i sweat more with them which cause more flareups. ive been using drymax socks for my work and find those to be ok but i'm wondering if anybody has tried bamboo socks or any other socks that has made a big change please let me know

Re: what kind of socks?

Firstly make sure you're washing new clothing before wearing as they are often treated with chemicals which will cause a reaction. Cotton and bamboo both wick moisture away from the skin which synthetics wont. Steer clear of elastics (elastane, spandex) so aim for 95% plus of natural fibres. You may find that a cotton terry( a loop knit which gives that slight padded feel to socks) may help with perspiration. Bamboo sports socks may be the choice you need, good luck my friend.
