Sudden eczema flare up

Hi
I'm new here but would like some advice on an eczema flare up i've had recently.
I'm 20 years old and i've had eczema since I was a baby. In recent years it has cleared up and only really flares up when there is a sudden change in the weather, or if i'm stressed. But the last month or so it has flared up worse than it used to be without a noticeable trigger. I am getting the usual patches on my legs and arms, but I am also getting patches on my face which I have never had before. I have one particularly sore (and bright red) patch on my eyelid, and my whole face feels constantly itchy. I haven't changed anything in my skincare routine so it could be due to the weather, but it seems so much worse than usual.
Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce the patches on my face? I have always used Aveeno moisturiser but I have a hydrocortisone cream from boots pharmacy that doesn't seem to be making a difference either. I've tried steroid cream from the doctors before but it didn't do much either (cant remember the name)
Any ideas or tips??
Thank you so much in advance
