Rosacea/Rhinophyma SP50 facial product recommendations

Hello,
I have been diagnosed with Rhinopehyma, due to ongoing rosacea around the nose area, which has not been effectively treated for one reason or another. I am told I'm unusual because I'm female and this is usually a male problem. Due to have some surgery soon (not available on nhs unfortunately), followed by laser treatment in an attempt to address the appearance of this.
I would welcome any advice on this issue, from those who have possibly experienced the same. I have also been recommended to take much more care with sun protection. So, I'm wondering if anybody has a recommendation for a SP50 protector that can double as a make up base product, not likely to aggravate the skin around my nose, which is extremely sensitive.
Grateful thanks.
