I've had rosecea for about 4 years now. It flares up painfully every 9 months or so and I've tried different antibiotics and gels. I don't have spots but my skin can be bumpy when it flares up. My problem is scores of tiny veins on my cheeks and chin. I don't know why my doctor gave me antibiotics as I when I asked her why she prescribed them, she told me they'd help clear the spots- I have none? I also had laser treatment but I don't think it was the correct machine- it was a machine used for hair removal. After 4 sessions I gave up. Has anyone a suggestions? Good outcomes for laser treatment? Many thanks.
