Do I have Rosacea? I am so fed up

Sorry If i'm not allowed to post this but I am just so upset and disheartened by my skin.

I've noticed increased redness for the past couple of year (I'm 21 now) and it would come and go so I didn't think too much of it - I mentioned Rosacea to my mom but she said it wouldn't be that. (Although I found out my dad has rosacea so it IS very possible!) But this year it's flared up a few times and I've now got many spots on my forehead and around my mouth - something I've never ever suffered with - however they could just be hormonal as I recently switched contraceptive pills.

I have added photos, I will go to the doctor eventually but just want a general opinion now as it will take me a while to register and get an appointment.

(If you tilt your screen up you can see how it actually looks- I noticed my laptop screen made it look a lot better than it is.
