Has anyone read this or tried this elimination diet? http://www.rebeccawood.com/books/detox-cleanse/
I think I might try it as I like the idea of a scripted system (I'm an engineer who follows instructions well, that and I'm an awful cook
). But I'd like to know if anyone has tried it first, so many of these online things seem like a scam.
