rosacea treatments

Hi, been diagnosed with rosacea 6 months ago after my gp had been treating me for eczema for nearly 2 years with steroid creams!! Using finacea with very limited results and find everything i use to wash/moisturise my face irritates it. Can anyone recommend a face wash and moisturiser that doesn't make rosacea worse? I've got redness and spots/lumpy skin and crazy itch! Any help be much appreciated
