First ever rosacea flare up. Help?

Hello,

So this last two weeks I’ve been having a rosacea flare up. I already knew I had it as I had laser treatment last year for melasma and the dr treating this said he had bad news that he could see Rosacea symtoms and would likely start to come out in my skin. Well I wish he was wrong but he was not. I have had blotchy spots down my nose and mouth for months I suffer with acne also so thought that was what this was. Then I got really warm at work and I was glowing red! My face was on fire I thought i was just warm, but Then the dryness started with the lumps underneath and two little faint patches appeared and a few broken veins. Friday I was out with my husband for tea and I am full of cold but I powered through as he was really looking forward to a night out and boom I got to warm and I was glowing I was on fire I couldn’t breathe I was claustrophobic, I’ve cried ever since this as I’ve had so many issues with my skin since i was in my late teens and it’s just never ended for me. I have added a couple of drops of tea tree oil into my alcohol free cleaner and I’ve started using dermalex rosacea cream yesterday I fully intend to visit the laser clinic next year, for treatment however I don’t know how to control how sore it is? should I be really visiting my GP (family doctor)? any helps or advice would be so appreciated. TIA.
