Household products and rosacea symptoms
Over the last year, I've been discovering that household products can flare up my rosacea symptoms or make them worse if they're already flared.
Some need to come in contact with my skin, others it's just the smell that sets things off.
I've replaced laundry detergent/fabric softener with soap nuts and am very happy with the change. In fact, I prefer the soap nuts.
I've started washing my floors, counter tops, etc with natural cleaning liquid and/or a vinegar solution with or without hydrogen peroxide.
However, I'm still looking for an alternative to traditional dishwasher detergent. Anyone have any rosacea-friendly dishwasher detergent recommendations? I prefer natural, but as long as it doesn't bug my rosacea I'll try it.

Re: Household products and rosacea symptoms
Hi Julie,
I suffer from very sensitive skin as well. I use Ecover for washing my dishes. I don't know whether it is specifically suited for rosacea, but it doesn't hurt my skin like other liquids do. Hope this helps.
