Hello,

Can I make a suggestion? Have you ever tried giving up all processed sugars? That would mean all white sugars, flour, rice, soda pops, cookies, just to start. Processed sugars cause the body to become acidic. When you consume processed sugars it leaches calcium from the bones and weakens them. Excercise is good but I would start with stretching first and no strenuous exercise.

Exercise is very important for people with arthritis. It helps in reducing joint pains.
