I am currently taking gabapentin for my pain (I am waiting for total jaw replacement)honestly it does not touch it.I wondered does anyone know if it is possible that my tolerance for this drug has increased ? I ask this because I had a knee replacement last year and by the time I had it done I was on max dihydrocodeine my GP could give because of this.Any advice will be welcome

Gabapentin is generally a safe drug for relief of pain and the chances of tolerance for gabapentin are very less. But in order to avoid any kind of drug interaction and tolerance better to set an appointment with your family physician.
