Self-care to improve rosacea

Hi,
I think prevention is better than cure - so my top tip is to identify and avoid your triggers.
The easiest way to do this is to keep a diary of potential triggers e.g. food eaten, alcohol intake, weather conditions, emotional stresses, toiletries/cosmetics used, for 2-4 weeks and then check to see which ones appear to coincide with a flare-up .
Once you've identified your triggers you can do your best to avoid them as much as possible, thus minimising the number of attacks you suffer.
