My name is Rachel, I’ve been struggling with mild to moderate eczema since I was a child.

With that being said, I’ve decided to do research on fish oil and whether or not it can help treat eczema for my project. Since eczema is an inflammation of the skin, fish oil has shown therapeutic benefits among those who have arthritis (inflammation of the joints).

I used to take fish oil regularly for my eczema, I'm not absolutely sure if it helped, but for me there certainly are certain food stuffs (oily fish, some nuts and seeds and oats for example) that really help my skin.
