It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. It improves respiration, energy and vitality. Practicing yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body from the way you feel, look and move.We are not saying antidepressant pills and medications and psychotherapy aren‘t appropriate solution for people overcoming depression. They are just not considered appropriate or helpful for some people.Most of the people reported concrete, sustained shifts in their mental patterns after practising yoga poses. They experienced improvement in their internal state of being, and emotions. The cause of depression can be plenty, but studies have always reported that depression may stem from the mind. Yoga asana have been proven an effective solution to tackle depression or anxiety.
The breathing used in yoga is very effective method to calm the stress response systems of our mind. Yoga retreat contributes to a state of calm as the mind-body connection has far-reaching effects.
The best place for yoga training may be different for everyone. I recommend thinking about what you are looking for in terms of the type of yoga you would like to practice (hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, etc) and where in the world you would like to immerse yourself.I will recommend you to go India and try yoga course in kerala it will help you to learn from the best instructors.

Yoga is an ancient spiritual method for the meditations. Yoga asana has been proven an effective technique to calm the stress response of the mind. Uttanasana, Janu sirsasana and cobra pose yoga asana practices release all kinds of stress and anxiety. The yoga asana can always be perform in the green open places and in the early morning times. which helps to release much stress and make your mind calm.
