You should follow what the OP suggested already. Als you should search for some anti-hair fall ingredient. I hope this will help you a lot to recover your hair.

Start making some healthy diet.
1) Eat a good amount of protein. Protein is building the block of the tissues in the body including hair. Eggs, fish, milk is rich in protein.
2) Don't miss Vitamins. Carrot and leafy vegetables are the best in vitamins.
