Re: Low budget diet plan

Just Increase use of eggs, beans, seeds, frozen fruits and vegetables, cheaper cuts of meat and whole grains. These all taste great, are cheap (especially in bulk) and very nutritious. Also, avoid gluten and sugar in your diet, if you cut those things out of your daily diet, you will notice an immediate change in weight and energy too. Bottom Line: Incorporating more inexpensive yet healthy foods into your daily routine will help you save money and eat well.

I want to be fit and because nutrition and diet is most important for being fit I want to maintain a perfect diet and nutrition but find this is very expensive. Can anybody tell me how make a perfect and actual low budget nutrition and diet plan?
The simple answer is eat lots of vegetables and take your vitamins and drink lots of juices and smoothies. These things are actually cheaper than ordinary food. I do it from time to time myself. I also walk a lot.
