Low budget diet plan

I want to be fit and because nutrition and diet is most important for being fit I want to maintain a perfect diet and nutrition but find this is very expensive. Can anybody tell me how make a perfect and actual low budget nutrition and diet plan?

Re: Low budget diet plan

When I was in college I don't have enough money to buy whey proteins so I ask my trainer so he had suggested some natural cheap foods and I have tried so same diet sharing with you.
Diet Plan :
Morning 5-6am - 1 apple
8-10am - Oats
12-1pm - Lunch (Brown rice, chicken)
4-5pm- Grapes
7-8pm - Dinner (50gm chicken)
So this was some basic diet plan which I followed at a low price. Thank You! :)

Re: Low budget diet plan

Money seems to be the leading factor that's keeping many people from taking part in a healthy lifestyle, and that's understandable because most healthy living plans are ridiculously overpriced. I don't have any specific plans I can refer people to, but I came across a super cheap recipe collection (less than $20) that has helped me in multiple ways and it can compliment any diet plan. It includes healthy drink and food recipes and some motivational materials I, personally, found helpful. I have lost nearly 20 lbs. and feel revitalized and energetic (I'm just a few years younger than you).

Re: Low budget diet plan

If you are looking for a low budget diet plan, then you should choose a diet plan in which all the essential nutrition are present. Protein, Crabs, Healthy fats, keep these three nutrition in mind and select any diet plan.

Re: Low budget diet plan

Just try to make balance between Protein, carbs and healthy fats and your diet plan is ready.

You could try a protein diet consisting of 100 gm protein rich meat and vegetables(raw or cooked). And the vegetables would be good for dental health too.

I think just by eliminating carbs, sweets and fizzy drinks completely from your diet will help you maintain an ideal weight. Lots of vegetables and fish. I think you can do this on a low budget.
