allergy in morning

"I have been using CPAP for the last 6 months because I was suffering from asthma. It was effective from day 1. Asthma used to make my throat dry and had that itchy feeling. I took medication in the morning and used CPAP at night. I wanted to reduce the steroid induced medicines because I know its side effects. I was prescribed by the doctor, a high dosage of 200mgs in the initial stage and then reducing the dosage by 100mgs. This was effective but I had to stay away from allergy-causing substances like dust and in the food I had to avoid prawns and kiwi.
Recently I have been experiencing dryness in my nose in the morning after using CPAP https://www.cpapoutlet.ca/Home. I checked the CPAP and found that the strap was loose from the machine and let the air escape. I fixed it but now I'm still experiencing the same. Can I get help?"
